Administrative Assistant
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Requirements:
• Assists in establishing routine and complex administrative procedures for implementation in the Support Office or on Projects, and coordinates with the administration staff to implement established procedures.
• Assists in the implementation of automated systems for efficient document processing.
• Trains staff in routine and complex administrative procedures and report systems.
• Perform special studies and assignments in administration systems under the direction of the Human Resources and Administration or the Managing Director.
• Supports the administration staff in problem-solving related to procedures and systems as requested.
• Coordinate with other divisions, operations, or departments in the performance of an assigned project administration specialty function.
• Maintain and manage the employees' accommodation.
• Manage the Support office employees' vehicles.
• Manage employees' time & attendance.
