Key Responsibilities
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes.
Manage employee relations and ensure a positive workplace culture.
Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures compliant with labor laws.
Lead performance management, appraisals, and employee development programs.
Coordinate training, professional development, and certification opportunities.
Advise management on HR best practices and organizational development strategies.
Ensure HR systems, reporting, and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
Experience: Previous HR management experience, preferably in the financial sector.
Certifications (Preferred): SHRM, CIPD, or equivalent professional HR certification.
Technical & Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and communication abilities
Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR best practices
Employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management skills
Other Requirements: Ability to work full-time, on-site, in Riyadh.

Average Market Salary (Estimated):
Annual: SAR 250,000 – 350,000 (based on HR Manager in Riyadh with 5–10 years of experience)
