PMO Officer
Job Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Position Brief:
We are looking for a detail-oriented PMO Officer to support our Project Management Office by managing project documentation, tracking approvals and reports, and coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth project operations. This role plays a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting compliance, and ensuring timely follow-ups across projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update pre-qualification documents and company profile
• Maintain project approvals, employee records, and organizational chart
• Follow up with clients on new offers and pre-qualification updates
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, Admin, and Project Managers on PMO requirements
• Maintain trackers (Project Approvals, New Offers, Mobilization Planner)
• Prepare reports including Employee Histogram
• Support project insurance processes (PI, Public Liability, etc.)
• Coordinate project documentation and media with the social media team
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• 3–7 years’ experience in PMO / Technical Office or similar role
• Strong documentation, reporting, and follow-up skills
• Advanced MS Excel proficiency
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• PMP or similar certification and knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, Jira, ClickUp is a plus
