Job Title: Duty Manager

Qualifications & Experience:
Prior experience in hotel operations, preferably with Marriott Hotels
Proven experience in managing front office, guest services, and operations
Highly professional and experienced female candidates preferred
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
Manage guest services and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
Supervise and coordinate staff performance and workflow
Handle guest complaints and resolve operational issues efficiently
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, standards, and safety regulations
Assist in training and development of team members
Prepare operational reports and communicate updates to senior management
