Key Responsibilities
• Provide operational support and regular infrastructure enhancements
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for P1 / P2 incidents
• Identify root causes and deliver resolutions within defined SLAs
• Manage and support multiple environments including DC, DR, and Extranet integrations
• Administer F5 Load Balancer platforms (LTM, GTM, AWAF)
• Manage firewalls controlled through Panorama
• Support external entity network integrations
• Maintain network stability, performance, and security compliance
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or related discipline
• 8 – 10 years of enterprise network & security experience
• Strong hands-on expertise with F5 Load Balancer technologies
• Experience managing firewall environments via Panorama
• Advanced troubleshooting and incident management capabilities
• Strong understanding of SLA-driven support models
• Experience supporting DC / DR / Extranet environments
• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Average Market Salary (Estimated):
SAR 18,000 – 28,000 per month
