Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma or Degree in Safety, Environmental Management, or related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Safety Officer in construction, MEP, or infrastructure projects
Knowledge of UAE safety regulations, OSHA standards, and risk management practices
Candidate must be currently available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview
Immediate joining required
Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor workplace safety policies and procedures
Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with UAE safety regulations
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports with recommendations
Conduct safety training and awareness sessions for site personnel
Maintain safety records and documentation
Coordinate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety standards
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety gear
Support management in continuous improvement of safety performance
