Design & Content Specialist
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Creative Direction:
• Lead art direction for photoshoots, videos, and organic content.
• Provide quality control checks on social media accounts, ensuring visual consistency.
Content Production:
• Prepare shoot plans that align with the brand’s vision and monthly strategy for assigned accounts.
• Attend assigned shoots to oversee and enhance execution quality.
• Ensure props, lighting, and set designs align with brand narratives when necessary.
Design Leadership:
• Develop and execute graphic design content for various social media clients, collaborating across levels as required.
• Take ownership of all design requests, ensuring they meet branding and quality standards.
• Develop cohesive grids and layouts for social media platforms.
• Assist in design tasks for branding projects if needed.
Team Collaboration:
• Book and lead meetings with team leads to review brand perception and content performance. Provide actionable feedback to optimize engagement and brand recognition.
• Step in for time blocking, shortlists, and storyboards.
Design & Creative Tools
• Adobe Creative Suite (Advanced proficiency required):
• Photoshop – for image editing, retouching, and compositing.
• Illustrator – for vector-based designs, icons, and branding assets.
• InDesign – for layout-heavy content if required
• Canva – for quick templated social design tasks or content handoffs.
Content Creation & Shoot Tools
• Lightroom – for image color correction and mood alignment pre/post-shoot.
• Comfortable giving direction to videographers, photographers, stylists, and editors.
• Capcut – for organic content edits
