Job Details :
• Proven experience in HR management and office operations
• Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor law, Emiratisation, GPSSA, and regulatory compliance
• Experience handling employee lifecycle, payroll coordination, and documentation control
• Ability to manage vendors, budgets, and workplace standards
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• High level of discretion and confidentiality
• Ability to supervise and guide a small team
