Key Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise IT applications and services from development through ongoing operational support
• Ensure high-quality IT service delivery aligned with SLAs, KPIs, and service governance frameworks
• Manage IT projects using Agile and Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient execution
• Oversee Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes within the ITIL framework
• Drive business transformation initiatives and process improvement programs
• Act as the primary escalation point for service-related incidents and operational issues
• Coordinate cross-functional technical teams across infrastructure, applications, and network operations
• Monitor service performance metrics and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency
• Ensure compliance with enterprise IT service management standards and governance policies
Requirements & Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
Experience
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery or enterprise IT operations
Technical Skills
• Strong experience in Service Delivery Management across network, infrastructure, and enterprise IT applications
• Solid understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes
• Experience managing Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management processes
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum project management methodologies
• Understanding of enterprise-level IT operations and service governance frameworks
Certifications
• ITIL certification preferred
Soft Skills

Salary Offered
AED 22,000 – AED 28,000 per month (Based on experience)
