Senior Marketing Executive

Role Overview:
The organization is seeking a highly experienced Senior Marketing Executive to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This position requires a professional with strong strategic thinking abilities, leadership skills, and hands-on execution expertise to drive impactful marketing outcomes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in aligning marketing efforts with overall business objectives while ensuring measurable performance and consistent brand positioning.
Strategy & Planning:
• Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing strategies aligned with company goals
• Define and refine brand positioning, messaging, and market presence
• Identify emerging market opportunities and target customer segments
• Lead go-to-market planning and execution for new products and service launches
Campaign Management:
• Plan and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, events, and offline channels
• Oversee performance marketing activities including Google, Meta, and LinkedIn advertising campaigns
• Manage content strategy covering websites, blogs, brochures, and case studies
• Ensure consistent brand tone and messaging across all communication platforms
Revenue & Performance Focus:
• Drive lead generation initiatives and customer acquisition strategies
• Analyze and optimize marketing funnels to improve conversion rates
• Track campaign effectiveness using metrics such as ROI and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
• Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue objectives
Team Leadership:
• Lead, mentor, and support marketing team members to achieve performance goals
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Technology teams
• Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors
Budget & Reporting:
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets efficiently to maximize results
• Prepare and present monthly performance reports to senior leadership
• Monitor KPIs and recommend data-driven improvements for ongoing campaigns

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 6–10 years of professional marketing experience, preferably within B2B environments
• Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies and analytics tools
• Proven leadership and team management experience
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution capabilities
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
