Description:

AMSA Healthcare is currently seeking a proactive and well-organized Admin Executive (Male) to join its team in Ras Al Khaimah. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in administration within a supportive healthcare environment that encourages professional growth and skill development.

The selected candidate will gain exposure to multiple administrative functions while supporting daily office activities and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Office & Facility Coordination:

• Support daily office operations to ensure smooth workflow
• Manage pantry supplies, stationery inventory, and office materials
• Coordinate with cleaning staff, maintenance teams, and external vendors
• Assist in conducting routine office and facility inspections

Vehicle & Fuel Coordination:

• Monitor and record fuel usage accurately
• Coordinate vehicle servicing schedules and maintain related documentation
• Track vehicle movements and manage parking arrangements

Administrative & Documentation Support:

• Maintain well-organized digital and physical filing systems
• Assist with data entry tasks and administrative documentation

Travel & Internal Support:

• Arrange staff travel bookings and prepare itineraries
• Support internal company events and organizational activities

Vendors, Contracts & Payments:

• Assist with vendor quotations, LPO preparation, and contract renewals
• Support invoice verification processes and utility payment coordination

Candidate Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in administration or office coordination roles
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Fluency in English and Hindi (additional languages are an advantage)
• Male candidates only
• Must currently be based in the UAE
• Immediate or short-notice joiners preferred
