Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate / Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or Business Administration
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in food & beverage operations or coordination
Experience in luxury hotels, restaurants, or hospitality services preferred
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of F&B operations, service standards, and inventory management
Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and POS / F&B management systems
Ability to coordinate between kitchen, service staff, and management teams
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
