Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in Education, Business Administration, or related field
1–3 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, or customer service
Requirements:
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Ability to guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process
Knowledge of enrollment procedures, student information systems, and CRM tools
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills
