Required Skills & Qualifications:
Experience: 1+ years in a professional IT support or Help Desk environment.
Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with the Office 365 suite and expert-level knowledge of Outlook configuration and troubleshooting.
Tooling: Experience using professional ITSM/Ticketing tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy, ManageEngine, or Jira Service Management).
Monitoring: Basic understanding of monitoring principles and responding to system alerts.
Problem Solving: A methodical approach to diagnosing technical issues under pressure.
Must have UAE driving license & own car.
Soft Skills:
Patience & Empathy: The ability to translate “tech-speak” into plain English for non-technical users.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tickets based on business impact and urgency.
Good communication Skills.
