Site Supervisor - Fit Out
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Responsibilities :
• Supervision & Coordination of Fit-Out / Joinery works at site
• Take handover of new sites and do the site survey to compare with the drawings. Do complete setting out and inform the project engineer of any discrepancies from the drawing.
• Coordinate Monitoring the execution of works as per the approved drawings.
• Advise and assist subcontractors in the work progress.
• Solve technical issues where ever necessary.
• Controlling subcontractors to ensure they are working as per correct details.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping at site.
• Perform snag checks prior to handover of works.
• Ensuring the works progress as per the approved works program.
• Ensuring the subcontractors' workmen follow the health & safety requirements at all times.
• Updating the Site Engineer regarding the daily work activities at site.
• Conducting daily Tool Box Meeting at site.
Qualification/Skills :
• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Significant experience in turnkey interior fit-out, retail, commercial, residential projects.
• At least 5 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required skill (s): project management, interior design, planning, coordination and supervising.
• Driving License is preferred
