Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the pastry kitchen team
• Develop creative dessert and pastry menus
• Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation of all pastry products
• Manage inventory, food cost, and kitchen operations
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

Requirements:
• Proven experience as Executive or Head Pastry Chef
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Creativity and passion for pastry and desserts
• Experience in high-end restaurants, hotels, or pastry kitchens is preferred
