Project Manager:
Lead and oversee MEP project execution from planning to completion.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure project alignment.
Monitor project progress, budgets, schedules, and quality compliance.
Manage project teams and provide guidance to engineers and site staff.
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in MEP project execution (UAE experience preferred).
Proven experience in project coordination, site management, and team leadership.
Strong technical knowledge of MEP systems, HVAC design, and electrical installations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
Average Market Salary (Estimated)
Project Manager (MEP): AED 25,000 – 35,000 per month
