Key Responsibilities:
Provide on-site and remote IT support to end users
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Manage user accounts, email setups, and system access
Handle basic networking, routers, switches, and IT inventory
Coordinate with vendors for repairs and IT procurement

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT Support
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office 365, and basic networking
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Willingness to travel within Fujairah for on-site support
Valid UAE driving license and own vehicle (mandatory)
