HR Officer
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
• Prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and joining documentation for new employees.
• Conduct employee onboarding and maintain organized and updated personnel files.
• Monitor attendance records, leave management, and provide support for payroll processing.
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE Labor Law and internal company policies.
• Assist with employee relations matters, HR documentation, and internal communication.
• Support general HR operations and administrative tasks within the department.
• Coordinate with management on HR initiatives, workforce planning, and operational HR activities.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related academic field.
• 1–2 years of experience in HR, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Good communication, organizational, and computer skills.
• Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR operational procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Professional, organized, and proactive approach to work.
• Candidates based in Umm Al Quwain or willing to commute are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
