Assistant Manager – HR (Male Candidate)
Job Location : UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the HR department and implement strategic HR initiatives to align with organizational goals
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning; analyze HR metrics to improve effectiveness
• Manage employee relations, foster engagement, and implement retention initiatives
• Supervise salary, incentives, and benefits programs ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Identify skills gaps and implement training programs to develop employees and leaders
• Ensure HR processes comply with laws, maintain records, and provide actionable HR analytics
Requirements / Qualifications :
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
• 5–7 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a managerial or leadership role
• Proven experience in reducing attrition and improving employee engagement
• Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR technology tools
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
