Job Details :
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• 5-10 years of HR experience with at least 10 years in the interior fit-out construction industry
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment for technical and project-based roles
• Strong knowledge of labor laws HR best practices and HR systems
• Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
