Job Details :
• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience with at least 1-2 years in the real estate industry
• Strong knowledge of real estate job roles licensing requirements and industry-specific terminology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using ATS LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
• High level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Experience recruiting real estate brokers sales agents or property consultants
