Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain enterprise-level database systems
• Manage and support MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments
• Perform database performance monitoring, tuning, and optimization
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Ensure high availability and database reliability for enterprise applications
• Monitor database performance and proactively resolve operational issues
• Implement database security best practices, including access control and compliance standards
• Support application and development teams with database-related requirements
• Maintain database documentation and operational procedures
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Engineering, or related field
Experience
Proven experience working as a Database Administrator in enterprise environments
Technical Skills
Strong hands-on experience with MongoDB, Microsoft SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Expertise in database performance tuning and troubleshooting
• Knowledge of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
• Understanding of database security practices and compliance standards
• Experience supporting enterprise-level applications and systems
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple database environments simultaneously
• Effective communication and collaboration with development teams
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced enterprise environments
Additional Requirement
Candidates must be able to join within Immediate to 2 weeks
Candidates must currently be based in the UAE and available for a quick joining timeline.
Salary, Benefits & Career Growth
Salary Offered
AED 15,000 – AED 17,000 per month
