Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage L1 and L2 NOC engineers, ensuring strong team performance and operational efficiency.
Oversee 24/7 monitoring of network and system infrastructure operations.
Manage major incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and ensure adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for incident detection, escalation, and resolution.
Monitor network performance and generate KPI reports and incident analysis reports.
Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and product teams to maintain system reliability.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective coordination with external technology partners.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for NOC operations and IT infrastructure performance.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum 15+ years of experience in Network Operations or IT Infrastructure management.
At least 5 years of leadership or managerial experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) environment.
Technical Skills
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP networking protocols, DNS, DHCP, routing, and switching.
Experience with monitoring and incident management tools such as SolarWinds, Nagios, Zabbix, and ServiceNow.
Experience managing large-scale enterprise network environments.
Certifications (Preferred)
Professional certifications such as CCNP, ITIL, or similar networking and service management certifications.
Additional Technical Exposure
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
Language Requirement
Arabic language proficiency is preferred.
Additional Requirement
