Job Title: Cashier – Customer Service
Qualifications & Experience:
Higher Secondary School/Diploma certificate or equivalent
1 to 2 years of experience in cashier or customer service role, preferably in a supermarket in the UAE
Requirements:
Accurate cash handling and basic math skills
Experience with POS (Point of Sale) systems is preferred
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Honest, reliable, and attentive to detail
Responsibilities:
Handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately
Issue receipts, refunds, and change
Maintain cash drawer and report discrepancies
Assist customers with inquiries and provide friendly service
Support store operations and inventory checks as needed
