Job Position – Guest Relations Coordinator

Location – Doha. Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a warm and memorable experience throughout their stay
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Monitor guest satisfaction and proactively resolve issues
Assist in managing VIP arrivals, special requests, and guest preferences
Maintain accurate records of guest feedback and follow up where required
Support the Front Office team in delivering exceptional service standards
Requirements:
Previous experience in Guest Relations, Front Office, or Hospitality is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving and customer service abilities
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
