Job Title: Chief Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma/ ITI / Vocational / Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in engineering management, preferably in luxury hotels or hospitality in the UAE or Middle East
Proven experience in maintenance, technical operations, and team leadership
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of hotel engineering systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical equipment
Experience in preventive and corrective maintenance
Ability to lead and manage engineering teams effectively
Proficiency in maintenance management software and MS Office
Good problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills
