Job Position – Financial Controller

Key Responsibilities
Manage project budgets from initiation to completion
Monitor project costs (labor, materials, overhead) and track variances
Analyze cost overruns and recommend cost-saving measures
Prepare financial reports and present insights to management
Analyze company P&L statements and identify improvement areas
Track and forecast revenue streams
Manage and analyze sales pipelines to identify risks and opportunities
Collaborate with Project Management, Sales, and Operations teams
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling activities
Stay updated on industry best practices and cost control methodologies.
What You Need
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (CPA/CMA is a plus)
7+ years of experience in cost control, project finance, or related roles
Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting & financial analysis
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
Advanced Excel / financial modeling skills
Experience with Primavera / Deltek is an advantage
