Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations
Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Handle employee performance evaluations and HR reporting
Prepare HR letters such as offer letters, employment certificates, warning letters, and other HR correspondence
Manage employee medical insurance processes and coordination
Handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related documentation
Address employee queries and support employee relations
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
5–6 years of HR experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Experience with HR systems – SAP
