Human Resources Generalist (Arabic)
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Responsibilities include:
• Managing full-cycle HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Handling employee relations, HR policies, and disciplinary procedures in compliance with UAE Labour Law.
• Supporting payroll processing, compensation & benefits administration, and leave management.
• Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
• Coordinating with government entities regarding visas, labour cards, and related formalities.
• Assisting with performance management, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
• Providing day-to-day HR advisory support to management and staff.
Requirements include:
• 5–7 years of HR Generalist experience in the UAE.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Prior HR experience in a UAE government or semi-government organization is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline.
