Responsibilities:
-Provide first-line technical support for end users across office and factory environments
-Handle IT tickets through the service desk system, document resolutions and maintain internal knowledge base
-Perform OS deployment and configuration for Windows-based endpoints
-Assist with onboarding/offboarding process, including device setup and access provisioning
-Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint)
-Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and access permissions
-Manage mobile devices using MDM tools
-Maintain accurate IT asset inventory (laptops, servers, printers, peripherals); conduct regular audits and lifecycle tracking
-Deploy, configure, and maintain Avaya telephony
-Support basic network connectivity issues
-Provide prioritized support for VIP users
Skills and experiences:
-2–5 years of IT support experience in a helpdesk or service desk role
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering excellent end user support experience
-Hands-on experience of Active Directory management
-Proficient in handling technical issues across Windows and Mac OS
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration
-Experience with MDM platforms
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have:
-Prior experience supporting IT in a factory or manufacturing environment is highly desirable
-Exposure to IT ticketing systems – Jira/Fresh Service/ServiceNow
Knowledge of foundational security controls – MFA/BitLocker/Defender
-Prior experience supporting key stakeholders or executive users
