Position: HR Coordinator
Experience: 2+ years (Dubai experience required)
Qualification: Bachelor Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Salary: AED 5000 to 10000 (estimated)
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with MOHRE regulations
• Work closely with the PRO team to handle visa processing, renewals, and other government-related procedures
• Support offboarding processes and ensure smooth exit formalities
• Prepare HR-related reports and handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities
• Initiate and support activities that enhance employee engagement and workplace morale
• Ensure HR policies and procedures align with UAE labor laws and company standards

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years of HR experience in Dubai with hands-on knowledge of MOHRE processes and visa procedures
• Strong experience in recruitment along with exposure to international HR practices
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, office-based environment
• Candidates available for immediate joining will be given preference
