Job Title: Graduate Civil Engineer
Qualifications & Experience:
Engineering Graduates/PG in Civil Engineering with 0–2 years of experience (fresh graduates are also eligible)
Requirements:
Basic understanding of civil engineering principles and construction practices
Familiarity with technical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Willingness to learn and adapt to project requirements
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning, designing, and executing civil construction projects
Support senior engineers in site supervision and project monitoring
Prepare reports, drawings, and project documentation
Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and consultants
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
Participate in learning and development activities to build technical expertise
