Key Responsibilities:
Lead electrical design of building services projects from concept through detailed design
Ensure technical excellence and alignment with project objectives
Manage and mentor the electrical design team
Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineers for project integration
Ensure compliance with local authority regulations, codes, and standards
Deliver high-quality, efficient, and sustainable electrical design solutions
Requirements / Qualifications:
Strong infrastructure site supervision experience
Proven experience in managing construction works in line with regulatory and project standards
Experience in building services electrical design
Candidates with prior experience on Emaar projects, including high-rise towers and villa developments, preferred
