Finance Manager
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all financial operations.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, implement cost control measures, and oversee project financials specifically related to contracting operations.
• Provide insightful financial analysis and recommendations to support management decision-making.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with IFRS.
• Manage external audits and ensure adherence to all UAE regulatory requirements, including compliance with tax laws and labor laws.
• Manage banking relationships and ensure effective treasury management.
• Implement and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
Requirements :
• Professional qualification: CA / CPA / CMA (mandatory).
• Minimum 10+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the contracting or construction sector in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Expertise in IFRS, compliance, and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead financial strategy development and implementation.
• Experience managing banking relationships and overseeing audits.
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Strong understanding of UAE regulatory and legal frameworks relevant to finance and accounting.
