Key Responsibilities
Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production issues to minimize downtime
Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries
Collaborate with infrastructure teams to manage dependencies and system configurations
Work closely with stakeholders in banking and wealth management domains
Support application enhancements, deployments, and testing
Debug and resolve application issues using foundational .NET knowledge
Document solutions, processes, and technical workflows for future reference
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Experience: Minimum 4+ years in application support, analysis, or product engineering
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in SQL (query writing, optimization, troubleshooting)
Basic knowledge of .NET technologies
Understanding of IT infrastructure and system dependencies
Experience with banking or wealth management systems
Soft Skills: Analytical thinking, problem-solving, effective communication, stakeholder management
Average Market Salary (Estimated): AED 14,000 – 18,000/month (based on Application Analyst/Product Engineer roles in Dubai with 4+ years’ experience)
