Quantity Surveyor
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare initial cost estimates and detailed budgets for construction projects. Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis of proposed projects.
• Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation. Evaluate and negotiate tenders and bids from contractors and suppliers.
• Manage contractual relationships and ensure compliance with contract terms. Prepare and administer contracts including variations, claims, and final accounts.
• Track project progress against budget and report on financial status. Prepare interim valuations, payment applications, and cost reports.
