Senior Site Architect
Job Location : Dubai, UAE
Job Details :
• Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience, with at least 5 years in the UAE/GCC in a similar site-based role.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale mixed-use, residential, or commercial developments.
• Experience working with leading real-estate developers, consultants, or contractors.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, building materials, and construction methods.
• Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills with ability to make sound technical decisions under pressure.
• Proficiency in design and construction software (AutoCAD, Revit, MS Office, BIM tools).
• Strong understanding of UAE building codes, authority approvals, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage diverse stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
