Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma / Graduate in Safety, Engineering, or related field
3–7 years experience in HSE management in ship repair, shipbuilding, or marine projects
Knowledge of maritime safety regulations and standards
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessments, and safety audits
Ability to implement safety procedures on shipyards or vessels
Experience in incident reporting, investigation, and training
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures for ship repair and shipbuilding projects
Conduct site inspections, risk assessments, and safety audits
Monitor compliance with maritime and workplace safety standards
Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions
Provide HSE training and awareness programs for shipyard staff
Maintain safety documentation and reports
