• Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration
• Minimum 4-6 years of HR experience with at least 2 years in the UAE real estate sector
• Strong understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
• Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven environment
