Key Responsibilities:
Lead and deliver BOUD’s technology, non-technology, and innovation projects
Manage cross-functional teams and ensure alignment across departments
Maintain direct engagement with government, semi-government, and enterprise clients
Monitor project KPIs, mitigate risks, and report progress to senior management
Apply project management frameworks and best practices to improve efficiency and governance
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality and client satisfaction
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent)
Minimum 7+ years of experience in project management within technical, consulting, or enterprise environments
Proven experience managing projects for government and enterprise clients
Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks and PMO practices
Hands-on experience with Jira and project tracking tools
PMP certification or equivalent required
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously
SAR 30,000 – 45,000 per month (Based on senior-level project management roles in Riyadh with 7+ years experience)
