Key Responsibilities
Coordinate commissioning and completions activities across multiple project phases
Oversee mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and commissioning processes
Develop and review commissioning procedures, test packs, and loop packs
Manage Mechanical Completion dossiers and ensure proper documentation
Collaborate with engineering, construction, and operations teams to resolve interface issues
Monitor project progress and ensure timely system handover
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Utilize CMS tools to track commissioning progress and reporting
Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders and senior management
Requirements & Qualifications
Diploma, Degree, or Certification in Engineering or a related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in oil and gas, including 7+ years in commissioning coordination
Strong experience in offshore oil and gas projects (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of mechanical completion, commissioning, and turnover processes
Proven experience in EPIC projects and large-scale project environments
Proficiency in CMS tools such as Hexagon, OMEGA 365, or equivalent platforms
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and reporting abilities
QAR 30,000 – 45,000 per month (based on seniority, offshore experience, and oil & gas industry standards in Qatar)
