Key Responsibilities:
Medical Laboratory Technologist – Andrology
Perform routine and advanced semen analysis in accordance with laboratory standards
Conduct DNA fragmentation testing
Assess sperm morphology and motility
Handle andrology laboratory procedures with precision and accuracy
Ensure compliance with DOH regulations and quality control protocols
Maintain proper documentation and laboratory records
Coordinate laboratory activities and support workflow efficiency
Follow strict infection control and laboratory safety standards
Support continuous quality improvement initiatives
Requirements:
DOH Abu Dhabi License – Mandatory
Proven experience in andrology cases
Prior hands-on experience performing semen analysis
Strong knowledge of:
DNA Fragmentation techniques
Sperm morphology assessment
Motility evaluation:
Excellent attention to details and laboratory coordination skills
Ability to work efficiently in a specialized fertility laboratory setting
