Key Responsibilities:
Prepare cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documents
Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements
Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis
Coordinate with project, procurement, and site teams
Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
Assist in project budgeting and cost control
Requirements:
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering
1–3 years of experience in construction/estimation
Knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word)
Understanding of BOQ and tendering process
Hindi language proficiency is mandatory
Additional Requirements:
