Job Description :
• First point of contact for the change management activities on the project
• Together with the Customer OCM Lead, develops the OCM Charter and reports to Project Management on the progress.
• Streamlines resolution of business readiness issues and arranges for sponsors of communications and stakeholder interventions
• Drive the Communication and Training Strategy discussions
• Manage OCM activities on a daily basis
• Should have 8-12 years working experience as OCM Lead
