Job Description

1. JOB DETAILS:

2. OVERALL JOB PURPOSE:

To provide analysis of business systems with the aim of measuring performance and identifying improvement opportunities.

4. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Description

Performance Indicators

Maintain a library of MWSPC business systems.

 

Ensure availability and accuracy of business systems documentation.

 

Develop templates that will facilitate diagnostics of business systems.

 

Prepare status reports of all MWSPC business systems.

 

Conduct a periodic review of business systems to assess/evaluate performance and effecitiveness of the system in place.

 

Keep abreast of latest developments in business systems relevant to MWSPC.

 

Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate superior

 

As applicable, ensure that all aspects pertaining to environment, health, safety, and energy efficiency are taken into consideration in the performance of duties

 

 


5. COMMUNICATIONS & WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:

Periodic contact with immediate superior. Frequent contacts at various levels within MWSPC and Ma’aden, and with his counterparts.

 

6. Job relevant information (BOUNDARIES & DECISION MAKING AUTHORITY):

Carry out tasks in accordance with general guidelines and established policies and professional standards. Will carry out duties with minimum daily supervision from superior. Completed assignments may be subject to subsequent review.

 

7. QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

Qualification:

University Degree in Business Administration or Business Management  OR

University Degree in Industrial or Systems Engineering

Experience:

Minimum of 5years experience in a fertilizer manufacturing plant or equivalent

Skills:

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Fluent in written/spoken English

Extensive computer skills in using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
