Responsibilities :

• Handles communication emails and calls.
• Handles bookings and events arrangements.
• Organizing contacts lists.
• Follow up on important matters.
• Preparation of related reports.
• Ad-hoc responsibilities.

Requirements :

• Minimum 3 years experience in Secretary.
• Experience in Event Management is an add.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
