Job Description

 

 Work Experience                              15 years in Management of Joinery Manufacturing Industry specializing in interior and Fit-out Process.

 

 

Education Requirements                  Engineering Degree

  

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Manage all factory-related affairs which include HSE, manufacturing, maintenance, manpower, needs, manpower training & development and machineries upgrading.
  • Report to the General Manager all production related issues.
  • Ensure implementation of all production related processes as per the Production Manual.
  • Implement preventative maintenance in order to ensure proper running of all machines and minimum maintenance downtime.
  • Keep regular interaction with the workers, and encourage them to participate in the overall health & safety requirements and process improvements.
  • Coordinate with the supply chain and customer service departments on production planning, RM availability and stock control.
  • Create process mapping for all manufacturing activities and continuously look for ways to improve the productivity by eliminating waste.
  • Ensure that products manufactured meet the required quality standards.
  • Continuously evaluate factory workers, recommend laying-off/promotions, increments and incentives to the Operations Manager.
  • Review and update quarantine stocks/records in consultation with the QC dept.
  • Prepare monthly production report. 
  • Monitor and control inventory to optimize customer requirements and minimize working capital requirements.
  • Determining the internal training needed of workers to improve their skills.
  • Comply with applicable regulations and specific instructions.
  • Establish environment objectives targets and programs.
  • Participate in environment audits and training activities.
