Purpose

 Responsible for assisting the Employee Experience function within the bank. Lead Employee Engagement initiatives, maintain positive Employee Relationships and assist in Employee Development initiative. Assist the department with developing and implementing the Employee Value Proposition and programs related to the Employee Experience journey
Core Responsibilities:

Operational
 In charge of the delivery of the Employee Experience strategy, in line with the approved business plan and guidance of HOD
 Assist with the development and implementation of the Employee Engagement initiatives under supervision of HOD
 To ensure that the development and delivery of effective engagement tools are developed, maintained, and evaluated to ensure effectiveness, in conjunction with the HOD
 Suggest and assist in establishing benchmarks and targets against which future improvements can be made with regards to Employee Experience Journey
 Development of the Employee Engagement events Calendar and budget management
 Deliver and facilitate workshops and other relevant events & activities related to Employee Experience; EVP
 Manage the Buddy pool including the nomination process
 Assist Talent development function with Talent related initiatives
 Assist in the process of Knowledge management when required
 Maintain and report MIS reports related to Employee Engagement; Alumina program, Buddy program,
 Manage Staff offers; Vender database, Vender contracts & agreements, related Facebook Workplace announcements
 To participate and lead on other relevant projects as directed by HOD

Reporting
 All MIS related to Employee Experience

Business Plans
 Plan annual Employee engagement events budgets,
 Develop and seek approval for the annual budget in line with the business unit budget and ensure all related activities are carried out in compliance to the approved budget

Control (Regulations, Policies, Systems & Procedures)
 Develop and support the effective implementation and management of policies, procedures covering all areas of the department activity ensuring alignment of business units
 Ensure compliance to approved policies and procedures by team and support the achievement of quality standards across the organization.
 Recommend improvements to the department’s procedures and lead the implementation of instructions and controls covering all related activity across bank muscat so that all relevant statutory/ procedural requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service
 Abiding by the regulatory bodies (CBO, Ministry of Manpower, ROP, SAMA, CBK, IFSB etc.)
