Job Role

1. Working with the production manager, technical manager and the project team, to analysis the available materials and the release of the future work order to compile a realistic schedule for procurement, production and installation.
2. Developing production plans to reflect supply chain demand at both medium-term and operational level, develop and aggregate view of demand and optimize the cost-effectiveness, service and quality for the manufacturing process.
3. Ensures a smooth of a sequence of planning activities in close coordination with other engineers, project managers leading to
4. the successful and timely completion of set plans to the highest possible standard.
5. Proposes and discusses implementation strategies/ programmers for projects in liaison with concerned Teams/Departments/Divisions
6. within the company. Updates schedules plans based on inputs received from project team(s) by regularly monitoring progress and comparing it with the baseline planning.
7. Should have good experience in planning multiple tasks and multiple departments to form master plan in factory production & Installation. Should be able to identify the delays and then produce recovery planning for each program. Should be of strong personality and be able to present himself well to his superiors whilst being able to control and gain results from his subordinates.
8. Preparing of project resources profile showing the actual VS planned quantities as well as the remaining ones according to the latest updates based on resource allocation to the project schedule.
9. Monitor the technical submittal schedule & sub-contractors schedule. Prepare the schedules for the time extensions with the additional cost based on delays. Updating the schedule based on changes and actual site productivities so as to recover any delays if any.
10. Preparing & issuing of a weekly & monthly progress reports to the Operations Director


Key Skills

• Knowledge in use of Primavera Software AutoCAD, spreadsheets, database, word processing and selected job specific software.
• Ability to perform multiple tasks, adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as problem-solving skills
• have knowledge in production, and project management and planning experience
• In-depth knowledge of Joinery and woodworking machinery
• Ability to meet schedules and ensure prompt deliveries
• Ability to manage multiple projects
• Leadership skills, MS Office, MS Project, have knowledge in joinery, fit-out, and woods,
